Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture pieces may require 2-3 weeks for white-glove delivery.
Does Smith & Clark offer a warranty on home goods?
Yes, all our furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Textiles and smaller decor items are covered by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
What is your return policy for interior items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture items.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We partner with FSC-certified suppliers to ensure all our timber products are sourced from responsibly managed forests.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be edited.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture?
Yes, we offer professional assembly services for an additional fee at checkout. Our white-glove delivery option also includes full assembly and removal of all packaging materials.
